This policy explains what Klipzy collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account info: a random ID created on your device, and your name and email if you sign in with Apple, Google or email.
What you upload: photos, videos, audio and prompts you add to make a video or image.
What you make: the videos and images Klipzy generates for you.
Purchases: your plan, credit balance and purchase history. We never see your card details; Apple and Google handle payment.
Basic app data: your language and notification settings.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

How we use it

To make your videos and images and show them in your library.
To manage your credits, subscription and referrals.
To keep the service working and prevent abuse.
To answer you when you contact support.

Who we share it with

Only with services that run Klipzy for us, and only what they need:

Convex (app server, database and file storage)
WaveSpeed AI and Higgsfield (they receive your uploads and prompts to generate results)
RevenueCat, Apple and Google (purchases and subscriptions)
Clerk (sign-in)

We may also share data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and creations until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your account info, creations, credits and history from our servers. Our AI providers may keep uploads briefly under their own policies.

Your choices

Delete single creations from your library at any time.
Delete your whole account in Settings > Delete account.
Turn notifications off in Settings or in your phone's settings.
Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us.

Children

Klipzy is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes and tell you in the app if the change is important.
