Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Klipzy app. By using Klipzy you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Klipzy (or older if your country requires it). You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Subscriptions and credits

• Klipzy offers auto-renewing weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Free trials include a smaller number of credits; the full plan credits are added when the trial turns into a paid subscription.
• Each subscription period comes with credits that are used to make videos and images. Plan credits reset at the start of each period and do not carry over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits don't expire while your account exists.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

What you upload and make

• You keep the rights you have in the photos, videos, audio and text you upload, and in what you make with Klipzy, as far as the law allows.
• You give us permission to process your uploads only to run the features you use, including sending them to our AI providers.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission.
• Don't use Klipzy to make content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate, or content meant to deceive people about real events or impersonate real people.
• AI results can be wrong or unexpected. Review what you make before you share it.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

Klipzy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know in the app.
