A video failed. Failed generations refund their credits automatically. Try again with a different photo or prompt.

How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

I got a new phone. Install Klipzy, sign in with the same account, then tap Restore Purchases on the plans screen.
